We transitioned from manual stock tracking, ordering, and sales tracking to a tailored digital system, streamlining our inventory processes and generating COGs.

Precision in Recipe and SKU Importation
Verified and imported all company recipes with the head chef. Updated warehouse SKU descriptions for professional, accurate stock management and defined categories and GLs for better reporting outcomes.

System Configuration and POS Integration
Configured system settings to align with business requirements. Integrated the Aloha POS system for all recipes, resulting in precise COGS calculations.

Custom Reporting and Training
Developed custom reports for the Cost Controller, Finance, and Operations teams. Delivered a comprehensive 5-day training program for effective system usage throughout the kingdom.

Financial and Inventory Calendars
Established synchronized financial and inventory take calendars, ensuring accurate COGS calculations and seamless inventory management across the business.

Enhanced Cost Tracking
Achieved a 30% improvement in inventory accuracy and a 25% reduction in stock discrepancies. The vendors in the past could increase prices and it’d go unnoticed, with the implementation of the Costs and invoices input into the system, even the smallest of price increases is detected, leading to complete control of the purchase impact within the business as a whole.
