After three unsuccessful attempts by previous HR managers, I took the lead and transitioned the HR data management from a manual system to a robust digital platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Creating Policies and Procedures
Developed clear and comprehensive policies and procedures for the ZEN HR application, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization during the launch period.
Feature Management and Testing
Managed and thoroughly tested every feature of the application to guarantee flawless performance before the official launch with the HR team, enhancing reliability and user experience.
Data Import and Implementation
Oversaw the smooth implementation of the ZEN HR system, meticulously importing manual HR data into the system’s format, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Setting Up Transaction Requests
Configured transaction requests within the system for leaves, vacations, and other HR-related requests, streamlining the process for users.
Establishing Departmental Grouping and Hierarchy
Set up departmental name grouping and hierarchy to align with business needs, enhancing the accuracy of report exports.
Creating Custom Learning Materials

Developing an Approval Matrix for Efficiency
Developed and integrated an efficient approval matrix within the ZEN HR system, covering processes like vacations, business trips, per diem, and unpaid vacations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring policy adherence.
Integrating Custom HR Forms
Innovatively converted HR forms into HTML code, facilitating seamless integration into the ZEN HR system when the ZEN Support Team failed to deliver the exact formats into the system, which improved accessibility and user-friendliness for HR-related documentation and certificate exports.
The initiative focused on digitalizing HR requests, putting control directly into the hands of our staff. By introducing professional, commercial-level video tutorials in six languages widely used within our company, we ensured that employees from diverse backgrounds and academic levels could easily learn and understand the system.
This approach empowered everyone, fostering a better working environment and promoting a positive cultural work ethic across the organization. The ease of access and comprehensive learning materials not only streamlined HR processes but also contributed to a more inclusive and efficient workplace.
